Cancellation Policy

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

We are sorry to see you go but understand if you feel the site is not right for you for whatever reason. If you'd like to discuss any issues with us, feel free to email us at info@auditionconnection.com. Give us your phone number so we can call you.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, login to your PayPal account and go to the "My Account" tab. Click the "My History" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

Regardless of which plan you choose, if you cancel your membership any time during the three-month introductory period you will only be charged the $10 introductory fee with no further obligation.

We, of course, hope you will not cancel as our Casting Members are looking for all levels of talent. Not to mention that your profile will also be useful (and well worth the cost) as your personal website.

We cannot refund the introductory period nor subsequent partial months (for monthly members) or partial years (for yearly members).
