These terms and conditions provide general information about Auditionconnection.com and allow you to obtain information about its services which act as a resource to display information pertinent to an online audition. You may not use this Website to sell a product or any service. Auditionconnection.com makes reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information in this Website. Auditionconnection.com may terminate your use of the Website, bar you from future use of the Website and/or take any appropriate legal action against you for any violation by you of the stated Terms and Conditions herein. Auditionconnection.com specifically reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content for any reason at any time without prior notification to you.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions which incorporate our Privacy Policy, Auditionconnection.com grants you permission use of this Website as permitted for your personal use in accordance therewith.

Auditionconnection.com is about making connections between performers and casting opportunities. It is imperative that all registered users exercise caution when sending out or receiving an audition offer. Performing Members should not reply to an audition offer unless they have investigated the legitimacy of the casting member through their own resources. Nothing expressed or implied on this Website shall be interpreted to suggest that becoming a registered user of Auditionconnection.com will guarantee you job opportunities or employment. Auditionconnection.com reserves the right to discontinue any and all aspect of this Website at any time.

Auditionconnection.com cannot be held responsible for any email notifications that are sent to members yet are unopened or end up in any type of junk or spam folder.

There are three types of members at Auditionconnection.com.

1) Casting Members - those seeking to hire performers for performance work.  At this time, membership is free for all Casting Members.  We reserve the right to begin charging for Casting Members although members can cancel at any time should they desire not to continue on a fee basis.

2) Performing Members - those who, for a monthly fee, have their profiles visible on auditionconnection.com. Profiles include but are not limited to headshots, resumes, video clips, audio clips, reviews, production stills, listings of upcoming performances and a personal blog.

3) Select Performing Members – these members have all elements of the Performing Member but may be chosen from time to time by auditionconnection.com as a subset of Performing Members with a higher level of skill and/or experience. Casting Members can choose to search the entire database of Performers as well as the current Selected Members.

Auditionconnection.com reserves the right to change the subscription fees for Performing Members although members are not required to continue their membership under the new terms. 

Auditionconnection.com reserves the right to change the criteria and order in which the results of a search are sorted.

Auditionconnection.com members are responsible for keeping their email address as listed on thier profile current as that is our only way to notify them of policy changes and updates. Auditionconnection.com cannot be held responsible for any charges or information of any kind that members are not aware of as a result of an improperly spelled or non-current email address.

Listing your profile with auditionconnection.com is by voluntary, paid membership. All Performing Members understand that their profiles will appear in the Casting Search database. They also understand that their profiles will be accessible through the Guest Login procedure as well as through URL links they have given out. They further understand that, although all profiles are available to Casting Members all the time, Casting Members can choose to search from the subset of Selected Members. Auditionconnection.com reserves the exclusive right to determine Select Member status.

Nudity will not be allowed in a video submission or any photograph under any circumstances. Profanity will not be allowed in any area of a performer's profile unless it is written into the audition material. Auditionconnection.com reserves the right to cancel membership without a refund for any material deemed inappropriate that is not corrected after notification.

Without the prior express written permission of Auditionconnection.com, you are prohibited from duplicating, copying, reproducing, altering, modifying, creating derivative works, or publicly displaying any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from this Website.

You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Website and not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers. You further agree not to use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the pages of this Website or the content contained thereon or to access or capture data for any other unauthorized purpose.

All binary files, graphics, logos, images, sounds and text published on this Website, except all user submissions (as defined below) are the sole and exclusive property of Auditionconnection.com or licensed thereto and any unauthorized use is prohibited. Any use of any information contained on this Website publicly or for advertising by entities other than Auditionconnection.com is strictly prohibited and nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any right or license to any intellectual property owned or licensed by Auditionconnection.com.

The Marks on this Website are variously protected by the laws of the United States. No use of these Marks may be made without Auditionconnection.com’s express prior written authorization.

You may not link to this Website without Auditionconnection.com’s express written permission. All unauthorized links or any approved links which thereafter contain infringing or dilutive content or obscene, defamatory or disparaging content will be automatically terminated without notice. All links or references ton other Websites provided by Auditionconnection.com are provided only as a convenience to you. The use of the same by you is done at your own risk.

User Submission

This Website allows registered users to submit photos, videos, audio files or other content submitted by you and other users ("User Submission") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submission. Auditionconnection.com does not guarantee the confidentiality of the same whether or not each such User Submission is eventually published. Auditionconnection.com does not endorse any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed in any User Submission and Auditionconnection.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection therewith.

You are solely responsible for any legal consequences relating to the posting or publication of your User Submissions. Upon submission, you hereby grant Auditionconnection.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform each User Submission in connection with this Website and Auditionconnection.com’s (and any successor's) business including, without limitation, utilizing the same for purposes of promoting and redistributing part or all of this Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. Further, you also hereby grant other registered users of this Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use each such User Submission as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms and Conditions. The foregoing license granted by you to other users shall cease upon removal or deletion of a User Submission from this Website.

Auditionconnection.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website. Auditionconnection.com reserves the right to remove without notice any User Submission if properly notified that such User Submission or the content therein in whole or in part infringes on another's proprietary rights and in certain cases involving habitual offenders, terminate access to the Website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “habitual offender” is any user who has been notified of offending activity more than twice and/or has had a User Submission removed from the Website more than twice. Auditionconnection.com may solely make determinations (other than those for infringement) as to whether any User Submission is appropriate and whether it complies with Terms and Conditions herein.

You understand and acknowledge that Auditionconnection.com is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or usefulness to each User Submission on this Website. You further understand and acknowledge that you may view User Submissions that are inaccurate, indecent, objectionable or offensive. You affirmatively agree to waive, any and all legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Auditionconnection.com with respect thereto. You further agree to indemnify and hold Auditionconnection.com, its affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding any usage by you of this Website or any User Submission accessible therein.

No Confidential Relationship

No confidential relationship will be established should you or any other user of this Website should make any oral, written, or electronic response to Auditionconnection.com (e.g. feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, etc.) and all responses submitted shall be deemed non-confidential.

Termination of Access

Auditionconnection.com has the right to terminate your ability to access the service, for any or no reason, without notice. For security reasons, Auditionconnection.com also reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual or organization we deem to be unfit or unqualified.

Governing Law

Auditionconnection.com is not responsible for any member’s failure to successfully cancel their membership (either through PayPal or any other means) and cannot refund any partial month’s payment for monthly members or any partial year's payent for yearly/annual members.

The subscription fee for performing members of auditionconnection.com is subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for all content submitted, including the truthfulness and accuracy thereof whenever you submit any personal information to Auditionconnection.com. Any personal information, pictures or video content that you voluntarily upload or submit including any content submissions to discussion boards, messages, chats, blogs, on any public profile page, etc.) automatically becomes available for use by other registered members in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Although your email address is not shown, your account name is displayed when you upload pictures or videos or when you send messages through this Website allowing other registered users to contact you. Any picture, videos or other content submitted to this Website may be viewed by other registered members without further permission from you.

Auditionconnection.com does not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial messages without your consent. Your personal information may be used by Auditionconnection.com to contact you concerning changes to this Website or other administrative/customer service purposes. As long as you remain a member of Auditionconnection.com, you agree to receive emails about policy changes and other business-related notifications specifically concerning your membership. Casting Members will have the ability to opt out of notifications about newcomers to the site as well as notifications of our favorite picks. Performing Members will be able to opt out of emails that we might find of interest to them beyond Auditionconnection.com business. All members will be able to change their opt out options when editing their profile.

Auditionconnection.com advises that unrelated third parties may observe or otherwise obtain information provided by you through electronic means other than set forth herein. Although it is not Auditionconnection.com’s intention to sell personal information to third parties as part of a mailing list or otherwise, Auditionconnection.com can not make absolute guarantees to you with respect to the confidentiality of information provided by you through use of this Website electronically through the Internet, via email or otherwise to Auditionconnection.com.
